Ardent followers of Karlheinz Stockhausen, they had begun life as leaders of Organisation, a five piece experimental group which had recorded the Out-there Noise-rock LP for RCA called Tonefloat.

Ralf und Florian

Kraftwerk re-formed as the remedial synthesizer duo Id record the cult LP Ralf & Florian, Klaus Dinger & Rother borrowed enough money to buy them four at Windrose Studios, in Hamburg, with the inspirational Conrad Plank, whom they already knew through. The recordings created a mightily successful first outshone everything around it.

Dinger & Rother were under ssure to get bigger after the unexpected success of the 80 Neu! recorded their first single for Brain, the double“Neuschnee”/“‘Super”. “Neuschnee” is a fairly standard pretty mid-tempo Neu! instrumental groove.

In one refreshing and, as usual, y inspiring act, Neu! was reborn for a farewell pre-La Dusrf LP. The album was called Neu 75 and it was a classic. a great album like the Harmonia, Cluster or even other ' albums were, but a classic.
